Emmet Farrell from the Diocesean Office spoke at the last Chapter Meeting about our Holy Father’s enciclical- Laudato Si, and our need to be good stewards of the earth, taking care of the environment. One way is through the use of biodegradeables for our cups and plates and utensils.
