Sir Knight Victor Miranda of Plaquemine, LA and a 58 yr. resident of San Diego.
Heaven gained a very special angel, Vic Miranda, at the age of 94. We are deeply saddened by
the loss of such a wonderful man. His kindness, generosity, laughter, infectious smile, and love
for God will continue to radiate through us and govern the way we live our lives today. His
unconditional love for his wife, best friend, and life partner for 72 yrs., Regina Miranda, as well
as his boundless love for each of us has transformed the true definition of love, marriage,
family, and friendship. He taught us all valuable lessons that will be cherished forever. We love
you more than we could ever tell you.

He was an active member of St. Columba Catholic Church, The Greatest Generation Foundation,
Pearl Harbor Survivors, Fleet Reserve Association, St. Columba Men’s Club, VFW and the American Legion.
Vic Joined the Knights of Columbus on July 1, 1959, 56 years ago. He was Past Faithful Navigator
of Balboa Assembly #40.

He is survived by his wife, Regina, 4 children, 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 3
great, great grandchildren.

A rosary/eulogy will begin at 9:30am followed by a memorial Mass at 10:00am at St. Columba Catholic Church in Serra Mesa on Aug 29th.

Military honors will be Tuesday, Sept 1st at 12:30pm at Miramar National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.
