Nominated by GK Greg Villard at Valley De Oro Council 9332, the Pat Esquibel family from Santa Sophia Church in Spring Valley. Pat and Bonnie raised a son and a daughter and are now grandparents. Pat and his wife typify the active parishioner for this award, with both of them involved in multiple areas within their church. Pat is a PGK and a current Trustee, leading his council in faith efforts, including leading Fifth Sunday Rosaries and weekly Rosaries for the Canonization of Fr. McGivney. Bonnie is an active member of the Catholic Daughters of America and fully supports Pat in his activities with the Knights, joining together as a team when called for, such as during rosaries, and last year’s sweetheart dinner dance where they served as Co-Chairpersons. Pat was the Silver Rose Escort for their parish, he’s a Eucharistic Minister, Connection with Christ Coordinator, all with Bonnie at his side.
We’re happy to name the Esquibel Family as our Chapter Family of the Month. When are you going to nominate a worthy family? We’d like to recognize a Family from South Bay, Vista, Fallbrook or Oceanside. Imperial County surely has wonderful families as well.
