This year will be the 23rd annual Jerry Heying Memorial Golf Tournament for the Priests in the Diocese. The tournament this year will be held at the Riverwalk Golf Course.
DATE: May 24, 2017
For the past 22 years, the Priests in the Diocese have thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Not only do they play golf, but all priests are invited to the dinner and drawings after golf. Many Priests who don’t play golf come to the dinner and spend time with their fellow priests.
We are asking each Council and Assembly to donate $100.00 to help offset the cost of this most worthy event. If your Council or Assembly cannot donate that amount all contributions would be greatly appreciated.
A major part of this event is the raffle which we hold during the dinner. We need any gifts your Council or Assembly would like to give. Since its beginnings, Anthem Church Supply has been our sponsor for religious items its manufacturers have generously donated. As has been the case. Anthem is still donating to the event. In addition to these gifts we are looking for all gifts i.e. Golf packages, Dinner gift cards, etc.
I want to thank you in advance for your generous response to this worthy cause. Let’s make this a day our Priests will really remember.
