Come , recognize and pay tribute to the Veterans of World War II along with all Veterans who have Served our Country
The 2015 Parade starts at 11:00 am November 11, 2015, on N Harbor Drive.
The Start Line is in the vicinity of the Fountain Plaza in front of the County Administration Building.
N Harbor Drive is again the site of the Start Line and the Route for our 2015 parade! Viewers will see the Parade start on N Harbor Drive one block south of Grape Street, and proceed south past a long row of grand stands, and past Broadway, and past the USS Midway, and then continue on Harbor Drive one block east to Pacific Highway and conclude there: Approximately One Mile Total Distance.
Parade Viewing Areas offer great viewing along the entire Route from the Start Line south.
No Viewing Areas or spectator access are available behind (north of) the Start Line, including the sidewalks behind the Start Line, which are within the Marshaling Area and is closed to all persons except Parade Staff and parading entrants who are Marshaled prior to their Starting orders.
Excellent viewing along N Harbor Drive, both sides of the street all the way to Pacific Highway.
The Marshaling Area, for assembling all entered units prior to the start, is in the N Harbor Drive regular traffic lanes, which will be safety barricaded directly south of Grape Street for two blocks, on three lanes of N Harbor Drive. This will require exact execution of Parade Day Marshaling Instructions by all entrants, to ensure arrival before the Marshaling Area is closed.
